Returns
Most unopened, unused items purchased on SouthernWaterService.com may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- A manufacturer restocking fee may apply, ranging from 25–45% of the item’s price depending on brand. This fee will be deducted from your refund; the exact amount for your item will be confirmed when you submit your return request.
- Returned items must pass manufacturer inspection before a refund is issued. This also applies to items refused at delivery for reasons other than shipping damage.
- To start a return, email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer and must use the same carrier that delivered the original shipment, per instructions provided once your return is approved.
Non-returnable items
- Requests made more than 15 days after delivery
- Items that have been installed or are not in original packaging
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
- Items the manufacturer designates as non-returnable
